How does the cover go on?
Lift the cushion out, slip the cover over it like a pillowcase, and set it back in place. The knit stretches to pull on and settles as the cushion is pressed back into the sofa.
Is one cover enough for the whole sofa?
No. One cover fits one cushion. A three seat sofa with three seat cushions and three backrests needs six, which is why the pieces are priced individually.
Will the covers stay on the cushions?
The knit stretches over the cushion and grips it, and the finish is anti-slip. They stay put far better than a draped panel does.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then spend 5 to 7 business days in transit, for a total of 6 to 9 business days.
Is tracking provided?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed the moment an order ships and can be followed on the order tracking page.
How long is the return window?
30 days from the day the order arrives. Items need to be unused and returned in their original packaging. Full details are in the refund policy.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. A Common Day does not charge restocking fees.
What happens if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Those returns are free of charge. Once the return passes inspection, the refund is initiated within 7 business days.
