Shipping policy

At A Common Day, we want the delivery part of your order to be the least interesting part of it. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST. Anything placed after that begins processing the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate below.
  • Order handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated total delivery: 6–9 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier volume, weather and regional conditions can shift them slightly.

Carrier Services

We work with established carriers to deliver throughout the United States, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping: every order shipped within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be lost, contact us straight away at info@acommonday.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and make it right.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Order Tracking Page: https://acommonday.com/apps/trackyourorder

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any change will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date, so it is worth reviewing periodically. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
